Sailing on Allure of The Seas in March. Decided to do the Chefs Table. What is Formal Wear considered for Chefs Table? Tux or suit n tie??

there's an upcharge for the wine at Chefs Table??!! I didnt see that anywhere and when I paid for it, it did not ask for it.
