It is, but people have called an confirmed with RC that it is one price for TWO people, so you should be able to call and get refunded for one of them....that is if they don't just wipe this whole thing away on Monday.
Yes just wanted to be safe for now. I will give it a few days but we are from the UK and offices are only open Mon to Fri.

Its very confusing wording - we have bought x2 for our HoS trip in October, 2 adults, one cabin. Even this price is a bargain for what it is. I suspect someone has made a mistake, and we'll all get an email saying the actual cost is $500 or whatever, asking us to pay the balance or cancel. We shall see what happens.

You arrive at the port with all your stuff. As you go towards the check-in area, men with large rolling carts (think Costco flat carts for huge purchases) will approach and ask to take your luggage. These are the porters. Totally fine to give your luggage to them. Tip them $1-2 per bag. Of all the times I've done this, there was only once when my bag didn't show up at my stateroom door by 4pm - it was two doors down! Very easy to find, gave us a good laugh ("oh, maybe we're supposed to be in a better room?"). It's definitely nerve wracking the first time you do it, but it's easy-peasy and safe. Enjoy your cruise!
PRO TIP - at the end of your cruise, use the porters after you've collected your luggage. 9 times out of 10 they will have a shorter line to get you through scanners faster and on your way faster. Again, tip $1-2 per bag, but so worth it.
Amazing, thank you

They are port-based porters. I think it is very rare that a bag gets lost at embarkation. Use the luggage tags provided to you in your Edocs (many people use plastic luggage tag holders that can be purchased on Amazon). Occasionally your luggage may not show up until early evening, but I've found that to be the exception more than the rule. I usually get mine by about 3pm or so. Porters will be waiting to take your bags on the sidewalk before you enter the terminal. I typically tip $2-3 per bag.
Thank you all, really helpful. We are coming across from the UK, super excited!

Hi all, first time cruiser here, taking HoS in October. Can someone help explain how luggage drop works? Do we just leave our bags in the terminal and they arrive at our cabin later that day? If so, is it clear where to leave them with RC staff, or is it port based porters? Is this a safe process, do bags ever get lost etc? Sorry for all the nervous sounding questions...

Hey, there isnt a train route, so the quickest would be a taxi of some sort. There will be various 'airport transfer' runs that will be the cheapest. You could get a coach, which would be the cheapest option, but relying on convenient times, it would take about 2 hours. Last option would be to hire a car and drop at Heathrow, the drive is only 90 mins tops.

Hi all,
Does anyone know the best way to hire a car in Miami Port? is there rentals there, or is it just as easy to go to airport to get one?
We are on HoS in October this year, but then plan to continue our vacation down to the Keys afterwards (we are coming over from Bristol, UK for an extended break).
Thanks,

Hey all, We have booked this cruise for my first RC cruise, and my partners first ever cruise later this year. Coming over from the UK, the trip is forming part our honeymoon. Exciting! Anyone else booked?
New cruise planner item, Premier Pass?

I just called RC UK - they rep didnt have a clue what i was talking about - wasnt aware of any Premier package (other than its a Celebrity thing, not RC), and wasnt aware of any new offers or mistakes. To be honest, he was a bit rude and not very helpful. I suppose i'll just wait and see what happens to our booking now.
