I know that the luggage is not guaranteed until 630’ish in the cabin. But I was wondering can I take my carry-on bathroom bag to the room earlier? I do not want to send that bag with all the luggage. Thx in advance!

We are going on Mariner of the Seas this coming weekend. I have seen that the ship is a Terminal 1 and then I saw its at Terminal B. Came someone help me with whats correct? Also, Is it one large parking lot or garage parking? Do you pay before or after the cruise? Thanks for the help!
