  1. Do casino cruises (e.g. comped/free) provide points to CandA status? I'm assuming discounted casino cruises would provide points, but not sure.
  2. Talked to Celebrity, they instructed that booking through a TA is fine, and you would get any of the promotions in effect at the time that you can also get from Celebrity. So it seems you can stack Celebrity and TA promotions/benefits on top of each other.
  3. I'm looking at booking a Sky suite on an upcoming cruise, and it looks to come with a $300 OBC. There's also a promotion currently for a $100 OBC through Celebrity. I was thinking about booking this through Amex cruises, who offer a $300 OBC for booking a suite. If I book through Amex (or any 3rd party travel agent for that matter), would I still get the $300 OBC from Celebrity for booking a Sky suite? So hopefully $600 in total. I'm assuming I will not get the $100 OBC through the Celebrity promotion, but if anyone has ideas on how to get that as well please let me know. Thanks.
  4. That sounds like the best case scenario, and bonus if it happens... I'll just plan to receive single points, and if I get double points as a solo, will consider it a bonus
  5. Thanks all, will report back on success or not
  6. Hey gang, first post, long time lurker though. Just want to say this forum is incredibly helpful for us newbies. I'll be going on a 2nd cruise soon, room booked for 2 people. I'm expecting the other person to not be able to go, and I'll probably just show up to the port myself instead of cancelling the other person at this point. With this approach, will I get 2 points per night as I'll still be paying for 2 people, or just 1 point?
