  1. Hi Siphie, We simply loaded our NHS Covid cards that we received at vaccination and booster time - so the app allows you to load on both, by simply taking a picture of the vacs cards. What we've also done, is to get a paper copy of our vacs by simply entering 'paper copy of covid vaccines' into the search engine and then selecting the one tied to the NHS. All you need from there is your NHS number and you can do this request multiple times for each family member without having to leave the site. Takes about 5 days for them to come through the post, so at least you have 'proper' validated vaccine information on NHS headed paper to take along for embarkation day and just in case your app doesn't work etc - the paper copies also include a 2D barcode so assuming the embarkation team can simply scan the information accordingly - PLEASE note though that these 2D codes only last for 30 days, so don't order your copies too far in advance of sailing - don't be caught short at such a critical time eh - happy cruising and hope this helps
  2. Hello, Just as a follow up to my previous message, as we know only too well how important it is to have proof of our vaccinations available etc - in the UK, we ordered paper copies of our vaccination records to take along on boarding day and just in case our mobile app fails etc. To get a paper copy headed by the NHS and giving 2D barcodes which can be scanned and last up to 30 days - simply type in 'paper copy of covid pass' into your subject line and then you'll see one of the links will be for a paper copy via the NHS website - simple as that - it takes about 5 working days to then come through the post, but at least then you have everything you need - finally, you can order for multiple people via the same NHS link, ie you don't have to log out of anything and go back in - the only 'key thing' you'll need is your NHS number, which you can find on any prescription you may get or finally you can simply call your GP surgery for the number - hope this helps and happy cruising
  3. Hello, Yes have signed up for the key - to be honest and things may well have changed dramatically since the pandemic as next week will be our first cruise back since 2019, but the 'simple chance' of skipping any Q's for check in and the same for disembarkation, make this worth every penny for us - as well of course as prime seats for shows and zoom included for one device etc etc. We've recently been notified by RCC that people with 'the key' for our cruise can check in for 11.30am - as it happened, this is our time anyway, but sure that anyone with a later time will be delighted - we've also been told to follow signs for 'the key' so hopefully will skip any big Q's accordingly. What I WOULD suggest, is keep checking in on the price - we got it when it was a 40% saving and I've noticed recently that the price does vary considerably - hope this helps and good luck
  4. Hiya, Gavvy is absolutely correct - we live in the UK and had our vaccinations and booster accordingly. We simply took pictures on the app of the covid-19 vaccination cards that you received at the time and then these were validated on the app accordingly. Please note, that you have to take a photo of your first card showing the two original vaccinations and then you take a separate photo of your booster one - hope this helps and good luck - by the way, took RCC approx 5 days to validate from loading
