Hi everyone!
We are sailing on Allure in June and my husband just got us the Taste od Royal.
What are your experiences doing this activity? I'm excited for the menu, but kind of confused about where this is going to take place.
This is our firt time in Royal, so we are going with an open mind and lots of excitement.
Here's the menu

There are not a whole lot of extra benefits for JS. You do get early boarding and the opportunity to eat at Coastal Kitchen if your ship has it.
We are going in Allure. First time in Royal, so not sure if it has it. Coastal is only for 1st lunch or you get to go any time?

I just got an email to bid in the Royal Up. We have an Oceanview balcony, but for a reasonable price I can bid for a Jr Suite. Is there any benefit other that room size?
Thanks

Should not - the store-based swabs are not that sensitive.
Those are awesome news. Thanks

Any of the three tests Walgreens offers is accepted. I've used the 24-hour and the 1-hour results reporting without issue. PCR (48 hours) would also work but it's risky based upon the time.
Yeah, that is why I don't want to risk it.
Now, my oldest daughter and myself had covid at the beginning of the year, will those test can still track the virus in our system?

Hi everyone,
We are crusing on our very first Royal in June, very excited, and because of my schedule, I was planning to take a rapid NAAT test in Walgreens. We live in Florida, and the have the PCR (which I don't wanna wait up to 48 hrs to get the results) I was planning to do the NAAT test.
Is that test acceptable to board, or we have to do the Rapid Antigen Test...
Thanks for yor help

We’re three on an 8 day cruise as well (13yo daughter). I got her the refreshment package because I have a feeling she will want to go off and make friends and would appreciate easily getting a drink, smoothie or whatever. Which one are you on? We’re June 5th on Mariner on the Seas.
We are going on Allure, June 11th

Yes, 12 per cabin.
Is that per port or just at the beginning of the cruise?
-
And we also can bring bottle water with us correct? And no, neither of us drink soda

That is great information. Thank you for your help

Without the package, what kind of drinks are included during breakfast, lunch and dinner?

Hi everyone!!
We are very excited to go on our first Royal cruise. We are so looking forward to go and have a Perfect Day at Coco.
My question is, there's 3 of us, our trip is 8 day. To have the the Refreshment package is almost 600 dls extra. Is is really worth it?
Is only me and my 2 girls, 9 and 13, and I don't really drink alcohol. Can we survive without the package or donwe really need it?
Thanks for your advice

We sailed on Allure a couple of weeks ago, and my girls found 1. We are not on FB either so we put it somewhere else to be found again
