You would need a Voom plan to connect to wifi to use WhatsApp. If you don't need to stream videos then the surf is fine, but if you want to share videos and photos you're really hampered by just surf. If you're just texting then Surf is fine.

Voom is just Royal Caribbean’s fancy name for their ship board WiFi.
To access the internet via WiFi* you’ll need a Voom plan
*To clarify, because after all this is the internet….to access WiFi onboard, and access it the way normal people do without any “insider” tricks or subterfuge.

Chris you're right about the tax my fault. Package Price 372,-- minus 50,-- Plus Tax 66,96 = 388,96 Total. But the actual Bill is 438,96. So there's still the difference of 50,--. Will call RC but i hate it if they make mistakes in their calculation. Teddy I didn't change my cabin category.
