On the back of this thread, I can confirm the email sheet method is fantastic. Claims submitted and approved in one day for bookings right up to April 2024!!

We have a few sailings booked that are now not showing on the UK site. Is there a hidden agenda that RC dont want certain ships or routes to benfit from certain promotions or is it just that the website is creaking at the seams?

Incidentally the £40 pppn drinks package is still being offered on European sailings, even the ones that are not showing on the site. We only found out as we had to contact RC as the sailing on Vision from Barcelona we wanted to book disappeared from the site.

Yes, it was booked through the UK website and thanks for your explanation which was far better than the agent yesterday. Shame we cant reprice now in the UK. 

We tried to reprice an Oct 23 cruise yesterday which was showing £175 cheaper than when we booked it. I was told we would lose our £300 deposit and it would be treated as a new booking! The agent said that repricing is no longer available. Please let me know if you are successful with your reprice or is this a geographical thing?

Success, had to contact RC this morning, but they have now added the credit. I was told I had booked too late and the claim had rejected. When I went through the dates with the agent it got approved and added.

Well its been over 2 weeks since the booking and no credit has been added to mine. Looks like another call to get the matter resolved. Its avoidable little things like this that detract from the Royal cruise experience.

So how much would you need to spend to get to 2500 points please?

It looks like $500 on slots but how much would be needed on roulette? 

June 2023 on Anthem now showing £93... We paid £40 for our sailing last month.

It has been around £72 since we booked the cruise so I guess they have increased the price to offer a special discount back to £72. Either way we will be pay as you go at that price.

Congratulations, we will get to diamond April 2024 on Harmony. Not that we are counting or anything

We thought we were eligible for this as we sailed on Anthem at the end of June.

Booked via the RC website for an Explorer cruise in 2023, added the Sailagain promo code which seemed to be accepted by the website. Completed the booking and received the invoice. The code had changed to "WELCOME HOME" on the invoice and onboard credit stated $0. I rang RC and after 75 minutes of back and forth was told the promotion is not valid for UK customers!

The T&C above does not mention specific markets and I booked through the UK website. It does say 2 weeks to add the credit so maybe it will be added later. Just found the whole process frustrating and misleading.

1st post and sadly it's a "Help Me"..

We sailed on Anthem 20th Oct and like all of the above paid for on board photos and have not received a link. No response from emails to either Royalfocus or CustomerRelations.

Is anyone else still waiting or have any other suggestions please?
