  1. Hi my name is Raquela. I have been perusing his blog for some time and decided to say hello. My husband and I will be going on our 3rd cruise (2nd with our 2 yr old son) in Sept 2019 on Allure. Does anyone know about this? Also, is the OBC for "refer a friend" still available? We have a friend who is new to cruising joining us. I wonder if we'll at least be able to get that. Many thanks in advance!
