It was simple math.  Time vs. Distance vs. Speed simply would not allow for any other option, either before St. Maarten or after.  

 

There were two scheduled sea days between St. Martin and Port Canaveral. What about St. Thomas, the day after St. Martin. Or 2 days in St. Martin since no cruise ship was scheduled to be there the next day. Or what about Coco Cay or Nassau instead of last sea day?  It seems like any of those could have us back to Port Canaveral in time.  It was still a wonderful cruise,  just puzzling to me.

True.  The rental car company in St. Martin told us there were no cruise ships scheduled to be there the day after us.

Just got off Harmony of the Seas on Sunday. Our stop at San Juan was canceled due to protests while we could visually see Puerto Rico from the ship. This was the correct decision. However, we were very disappointed that we did not stop anywhere else instead, especially after learning another ship was rerouted to Tortola. We proceeded very slowly to the next stop, St. Martin. It would have been nice to use the remaining 2 sea days to get in another stop. Therefore, our 7 night cruise had 2 stops and 4 sea days. Don't get me wrong, the ship is beautiful and we had a wonderful time.  I just wish we could have gotten in another stop. Again, it was right decision, but disappointed we couldn't go anywhere else.  Does anyone know why we did not call at a different port?

I just got off Harmony yesterday after a 7 night cruise.  It was wonderful.  Anyhow, I noticed all week that nice peaceful music was almost always being played over the ships speakers.  However, during debarkation, I noticed that Metallica's "Enter Sandman" was being blasted in the Royal Promenade as we were leaving the ship.  I'm not complaining as I like many genres of music including hard rock/ heavy metal.  However, I'm wondering why such a stark contrast in music as we're leaving the ship?  Is it to wake people up and make them hurry off the ship?

Is there a way to know ahead of time where the bed is situated in room 12138 on Harmony? Is it near the balcony or closer to the room entrance?  Thanks. 

I'm sailing on Harmony next week. I've made reservations for my time dining in main dining room for same time each night for my family of 4. Will we be seated at a table for 4 or seated with others at larger table?  Also, can I look around the dining room as soon as I board and choose which table to be seated? This is my first cruise in 15 years and first cruise with my kids.  Thanks.

Does Harmony have computer stations for guests to use? I need internet access for a few minutes one day on my upcoming cruise. It needs to be computer and not my smartphone. 

I'm sailing on Harmony next week. While in port, is there any food I can take off the ship to eat while exploring the island? I'm thinking about sandwiches and other foods that are easy to carry.

When you say wristband,  do you mean the Wow band, or do they give you a special wristband that signifies that the waivers have been signed? 

What if I board the ship before state rooms are ready and we don't have our seapass cards yet or haven't yet done the waivers on the stateroomTV?  Can my kids still do these activities right away?  I'd like to take advantage of it before the ship gets crowded. 

I'm sailing on Harmony in a couple weeks. I understand the waivers for flowrider, zipline etc. are completed on TV in stateroom. Does this mean that my kids and I need to bring the seapass card with us when we do these activities? 

How is the boarding process for Harmony now that it's in Port Canaveral? I'm sailing on Harmony in 2 weeks and using the Go Port Canaveral shuttle with a 10am pickup time.  Just wondering what to expect.   Thanks. 

I'm sailing on Harmony next month.  What time do the room stewards typically come in and clean the stateroom? Also, does the door have a deadbolt to prevent them from coming in if we're in the room and don't want them coming in?

My family and I are excited to be cruising on Harmony of the Seas next month.  My wife and daughter are booked in a stateroom directly across the hall from my son and I. Once on board, my daughter and I plan to swap rooms.  We also plan to get the WOW bands.  What's the best way to get the proper WOW bands and room keys to have access to the correct rooms once on board?  My kids are 12 and 13.  Thanks.

I used cruise planner online to make my dinner reservations,  show reservations, book excursions, etc.  Now, I've used the Royal Caribbean app to do the pre check in and create set sail pass.  When will the items from cruise planner show up on the RC app's calendar? Thanks.

My cruise in July stops in San Juan from 2pm to 9pm.  Can I rent a car to take my family of 4 to the El Yunque rain forest? Will I be able to drop the car back off late afternoon or early evening if the rental office is closed?  Any advice on this?  Thanks. 

My cruise will be stopping in St. Martin in July.  We will be there from 9am until 5pm.  We would like to visit the Marigot area, Kim Sha Beach, and Maho Beach.  What is the best way to do this regarding transportation and getting back to the ship on time?  Thanks.

I'm sailing on the Harmony of the Seas in July and one of the ports is San Juan.  I will be there on a Wednesday from 2pm until 9pm.  I'd really like to visit the El Yunque rain forest.  Is there enough time to do this?  What is the best way to get transportation there, visit the rain forest, and get back to the ship on time.  Also, I'd like to have some time to explore around Old San Juan.  I know I may be asking a lot, but I'd really appreciate any help.  Thanks.
