Help from my experts, please. We are wanting to do Oasis next year during her brief time in NJ. We are a bit surprised that they're not all over you here to rebook onboard (Norwegian doesn't shut up about it and we always take advantage of it when I have OBC). Is there any advantage to booking SC onboard? I think we're wanting to do the OP, 1701?

Yes, they do immigration in the Sea Plex. If you go early enough, there is a priority line. We went too late with another couple and Derick cut us half way through the line. People were ticked. Whatevs.

Yes, even if you're not getting off. However, fairly certain the immigration folks come onboard to do this and we do not have to leave the ship. I'll confirm once we do it. Derick is escorting us. We picked 10:45 but they're running ahead of schedule. Dennis our CD woke us up via announcement to let us know, lol.

We're slowly moving our way to be ready for Boston immigration. Apologies in advance, but it's cold, dreary, and rainy here. We've been to Boston many times. My brother went to school here too, so I've drank my way through this town already. We had brief moments of whimsy where we thought we might take an Uber to Wahlburgers... Not happening. It's going to be a boring day in the Solarium for us. I knew our trip up here was going to suck the good weather right out of everything. That's fine. This cruise has always been about trying the ship, SC, and testing Royal waters anyway. If anyone has questions about how they handle the immigration process here, just lmk. Or anything else.. Today is a good day to ask.

WWRY was good. The cast talented. Some of my fellow shipmates? My goodness folks. You can't come into a show 15 minutes late as a group of 6 or 8, congregate on the stairs, and decide where you're going to sit. So many ants in the pants too. We got up 3x in our row alone to let people out and then back in again. That was just our row. People were doing it everywhere. Lots leaving early. And don't get me started on parents thinking they can get away with bringing their sleeping toddlers in. The show has blinding lights at some spots. It's loud. Poor kids were waking up scared. Some goofball was taking video of the show on his phone for quite a while until a crew member stopped him. This is an age-old rant. It just disappoints when basic manners magically disappear the second one is on vacation. (I had wanted to say this last night, but by now you've learned my loquaciousness plummets after 8p.)

I have some videos of 270 and my BFFs in the Pub, which I manage to call all the wrong names. Know that when I say the Pub, I mean Michael's which is now Brass & Bock. Or Bass & Brock. Or Bass & Bock or Brass & Brock. This is the Metalliquor of something I posted from Music Hall.

We are doing We Will Rock You tonight. I sold this to Batman as Queen, to which he responded, what is it with you and Tudor history? Not The Queen. Just Queen. My parents have seen it a few times. This is my dad's take: "The show actually features a rather flimsy “story” but it is really just an excuse for a talented cast to sing a lot of Queen songs. I enjoyed it. The show has run forever in England and satisfied a demand after Freddy died. When it first opened, Queen drummer Roger Taylor guitarist Brian May would show up unannounced and join the cast whenever they felt like it. The audience would go nuts. I doubt, however, that they are on your Cruise."

We just did the bridge tour. We both work in operations, so this was fascinating to us. We nearly bailed. I'm glad we didn't. Batman took all the pics, so I will have to upload them later.

One more for my Havenites: there are no notepads or cool SC pens to steal. I'm sure we could ask for some if we really needed them. We often leave our butlers notes in the Haven, but it's not really necessary here.

Also worth mentioning, your Genie will not only save your seats at shows but will have your drinks ready. To us, this is AWESOME ! While I admit I do miss the Haven Courtyard, bar, restaurant concept, Star Class is amazing. What's totally better on Royal SC than HAVEN? - Room service drinks are free. - Saved seats 15 minutes before the show instead of 30 minutes prior, meeting in the Haven as a group to be ushered down to the show. - Not that Haven embarkation is bad, but we were blown away by Royal. - The amount and variety of food and drinks included in one bundled price. And gratuities, save for your Genie and any extra you want to throw your room stewards. Save for the 20$ CD single, our folio would still be 0$.
