It was CocoCay. It was over by some new cabanas that they had just built. It wasnt a big section- but it was roped off and you had to have a special wrist band for it. It had a little private bar and buffet... It wasnt anything too extravagant.. but it was nice. At least they told us it was for suite guests LOL It was somewhere around where Chill Island is now. I remember seeing where you can take kayaks out and such right next to us. Replying to Oglithorpe, every time Ive asked if there was a special section dedicated for suite guests, they say no. .. so I dont know LOL

I was on the Enchantment last March... and I HATED IT! I can only speak for my experience... Staff was nice, yes.. but that was about it. It is definitely an older ship- and it showed. We were in a grand suite- and it was not worth it. Seas were a little rough- so everything squeaked, rattled, opened, etc. I got so little sleep. Doors and drawers kept opening, you could hear the wind through the sliding door. There was a constant knocking noise... exhaust smell in the room for 2 nights.. it was rough. Lots of stuff really "used" looking or broken.. Soda machines constantly out, ice cream machine constantly inop., equipment outside was very worn, such as ping pong tables and trampoline jump, etc. Was extremely disappointment when I let my kid go to the Kid Adventure thing- that he asked to call to me to pick him up and they told him no... so he was sitting in a corner completely bored for almost 2 hours because they would not let him call me.. So, for me--- I would NEVER use Enchantment again... It was not worth the money that we spent. Sorry for the rant.. makes me mad every time LOL It was supposed to be a great trip for my sons 9th bday- and it wasnt. Going on the Harmony this March-- hoping for a better experience ?

I was there last March and since we were in a suite, we had access to a "special" area, which had umbrellas and chairs... so I didnt have to worry... but from my understanding, they did away with that little section... I honestly didnt think that I would have to worry about it this time, but I like to make sure ... Im a fair skinned red head--- so I need more than a palm tree with shade . ha ha ha ?

I have purchased the Coco Beach Club Full Day Pass--- anyone have a clue now many people are in this area?? Or if it is crowded? I liked the idea of having an area with chairs and umbrellas where I didnt have to fight to get one LOL Anyone have any thoughts on this area? Thanks! 62 days and counting down!! Cant wait!!!!

Thanks.. That is what I saw too. I know that Honduras is their natural habitat... so figures crossed I get to see one.. I dont need to hold one- I just want to get a good pic of one for my daughter.. I dont care if it is in a tree or I am standing next to it. ? If I remember, I will try to reply to this post and let you know how it was. My cruise is in March... Cant wait!!

I am doing the GUMBALIMBA PARK AND CANOPY ZIP LINE excursion in March. Any clue if you can see or interact with sloths here? My 6 yr old loves them and thought it would be neat to get a pic for her since she isn’t on the cruise with me. thanks!

2 tolls.

I live out here. Near Port Canaveral. All tolls between MCO and the Port have toll attendants. There is only 2-3 told between the airport and the Port. Once the road splits towards the port, there are no more tolls. ? just leave the airport. Hope on 528 East. And it’s about a 40-45 min drive 528 takes you right to the Port. Piece of cake! I’ll wave to you as you drive by. Lol

Thanks for your responses. Its not just totals being messed up. I have someone elses cruises listed under me. She can see mine and I can see hers... Its got half my info and half hers. She is getting emails and callsregarding my cruises. Its crazy. Someone having access to my cruises is unacceptable! I have called, emailed, and sat down with RCI on my cruise to get this resolved and nothing yet. I have reached out and found this person on FB and she has contact RCI several times regarding this issue. They cant seem to get their crap together... I have now resorted to FB and Twitter to get their attention- to show the level of frustration I have! Maybe that will grab their attention. I should be compensated for all the time and frustration and stress this has caused! Sorry, rant over LOL Thanks for the the email address!

Has anyone ever had their Crown and Anchor account messed up? Somehow they have merged my account and someone elses account together.. And they cant seem to get their crap together to fix it. Several calls and several emails and still no resolution. Anyone have a good email for someone higher up the chain to make a complaint to? This is unacceptable. Thanks!

Thanks. I guess I will keep checking. Honestly, I think I would be ok with them changing it. CocoCay wouldnt be as much fun if all you heard was the banging of hammers and the buzz of a saw. LOL Either way, I am excited to be taking my (almost) 9 yr old on a cruise for his birthday. I have been keeping it a secret for the past year! Its hard keeping a secret that long- especially when all he does is talk about what he wants to do for his bday... and I just have to keep coming up with excuses! ? It will be worth the wait! He is going to be surprised!!

Anyone have any updates with the Enchantment cruise on 03/18/2019-- specifically the CocoCay stop? I see they changed two prior cruises before this one.. no longer stopping at CocoCay- now stopping at Grand Bahama. Just trying to plan my excursions. Thanks!
