  1. I was watching the live cam on that same day and noticed the same thing! Seemed kind of embarrassing. I’ll be on Oasis a week from tomorrow and I’ll try to catch a glimpse to see if they’ve cleaned that up since then.
  2. For what it’s worth, we’re set to be on Oasis for July 14th sailing and just received this email yesterday concerning The Key. It still says Chops Grille menu for the embarkation lunch. Guess we’ll see in a couple weeks if it is or not!
  3. Good news! The 100 photo package is now 25% off ($299 total)! . The 20 photo package is still more expensive than the 100 photo package was a month ago.
  4. I understand when people say just use your phone camera (which is obviously what we’ll end up doing!). It can be nice not having to keep asking people to take our pictures though. I just don’t get where they think doubling the price from what it was ($199 to $399 full price) is going to get more business. I don’t see too many people buying it at that price point, even at the $319 “discounted” price.
  5. We’re gonna be on Oasis this July and had been debating back & forth about purchasing one of the photo packages. In early March when I was looking, the price for “up to 100 photos” was listed as $179 with whatever discount they had at the time. Just looked now and the same package is now listed at $319.99, which includes a 20% discount! It shows the regular price to be $399! They can’t be serious, can they? I’m hoping it’s some sort of glitch, otherwise there’s no more debating about buying that!
  6. For what’s it’s worth, we were on Ovation of the Seas in Seattle back in August 2019 with the Key lunch, and they made a grilled cheese sandwich for our daughter which wasn’t on the menu. I think they would try and accommodate your little one if they can.
  7. Does anyone have a copy of the breakfast menu for Johnny Rockets? Excited for the milkshakes!
  8. OK, good to know! Guess that’s the benefit of booking through Royal.
  9. We’re on the July 14th Oasis cruise out of NY/NJ. We booked the Blue Lagoon sea lion encounter but I’m wondering about the timing. From what I’ve seen, it says arriving in Nassau at 1:30 pm and the excursion time says 2:00 pm. Is 2:00 considered the time we get on the ferry to go over to Blue Lagoon or the time we’re supposed to start over there with the sea lions? It says the ferry is 30-40 minutes long. I wouldn’t think they would allow you to book an excursion that wouldn’t work time wise, but maybe I’m being naive.
  10. Anyone able to sign the onboard activities waiver on the Royal Caribbean website? https://secure.royalcaribbean.com/adc/waivers/waiversLanding.do When I try, it just brings me to a blank web page.
  11. I purchased The Key for our Alaska cruise on Ovation in August, and as we know, one of the perks is lunch at Chops Grille (although I am now seeing you can also choose from a couple other restaurants as well.). I’m getting nervous seeing some of the paired down menus for the embarkation lunch at Chops, some only having a few options for entree’s. My wife doesn’t eat red meats, so these limited menus won’t be very exciting for her. Hoping to see if anyone on the upcoming cruises can verify what the Key lunch menus will look like on Ovation. Also, our two kids eat like a good majority of young kids. Does anyone know if Chops will have a kids menu for the embarkation lunch, or if we could request basic kids items (chicken tenders, grilled cheese, etc.)? Thank you!
  12. That’s perfect! And hey, who knows, maybe on a ship we can get them to eat something new. Thank you!
  13. Booked our first ever cruise on Ovation of the Seas for an Alaskan Cruise on Aug. 9! Our kids (11 & 8) are your typical picky eaters. Just wondering what the kids menu looks like for the MDR venues. Thanks for any help!
