  1. Didn't get an answer before my cruise, but now that i'm back I figure I'd post an update in case anyone finds this thread via search in the future. Youth C&A Coupon sheet is attached. For some reason I didn't get a copy in my stateroom, but I was able to get it from the Loyalty Desk on board. I've attached a PDF of the flyer. You get get $50 credits for $25 or $15 for $10. I didn't use it this time around, but I have used it in the past. It's a bit annoying, because you have to buy it first, and then get Guest Services to apply the discount. The C&A Rep did say that I could also go to the Casino instead of Guest Services. The C&A discount is better then buying via the cruise planner ahead of time. On the cruise planner you get 20% off ($100 for $80, $50 for $40, or $25 for $20). However, I believe your child doesn't qualify until their 2nd cruise. JotNot_04-08-2018.pdf
  2. Does anyone happen to know what the current C&A "youth" coupons are? Trying to figure out if the C&A Youth arcade credit coupon is better then (or equal to) buying in the Cruise Planner before the cruise.
  3. Wow... I can't even imagine! Hope you are having a great cruise! I visited Anthem for Lunch and a Tour yesterday, looks like a very nice ship.
  4. Royal Caribbean is the only cruise line that i'm aware of that officially has no corkage fee for wine in the MDR. It's one of my favorite things about the line. Also, I don't think that a lack of a wine package is really a negative. I did the math on my first Disney cruise, and I found out it was possible to lose money on the package if you picked the "wrong" bottles! http://www.disboards.com/threads/wine-list.2949057/#post-45334885 Additionally, keep in mind that you can drink half the bottle, and they will save it for the next night.
  5. Out of NJ I really like the 5 night to Bermuda. It leaves on a Saturday, and comes back on a Thursday. If I do self carry disembarkation, I can get back home in time to work from home on Thursday, so I only need to use 3 vacation days. Plus it's 5 nights, which isn't a bad length. Not as good as 10 nights, but not bad.
  6. I used to bring a power strip, but now I bring a small multi port USB charger since just about everything I need to charge uses USB. I also bring along the adapter to plug it into the 220V socket, to keep the US style sockets available. I almost never get seasick, but I always bring some Bonine. Murphy's Law/Insurance. I also bring along a small travel size bottle of citrus magic room spray. Once again, it's just for "insurance" to make sure that I don't get any odd smells coming from the pipes in the bathroom, especially on older ships.
