Had the Key for our cruise last week on Freedom of the Seas. Best part of the program was disembarkation with a leisurely breakfast, and we were escorted to customs past the lines, and went through with the Suite customers. Speaking to some of the other Key cruisers, one family said they had the flow rider to themselves for a whole hour, and really got some personal assistance and coaching. We also enjoyed being able to drop off our carry-on luggage at the theater and having it brought up to our room early. We would definitely do it again if the price is right.
