Hi there I was hoping someone could clarify the cancellation policy as I thought you could get full refund 90 days prior to sailing. We booked through Priceline and are being told we will lose the deposit. Thanks!

We will be sailing on Symphony of the seas this July and I was wondering if I could get some information on formal night. We were on Harmony in 2018 (first cruise in many years) and I was unclear as to what night of the week will be formal night, and what differentiates it from the other nights, is it just attire and the pictures? I must admit it was somewhat confusing to see people dressed very well sitting next to people in shorts.

Thanks all. It was less about needing food, and more about another element that made cruising (ice sculptures, crazy desserts) a special experience. Was hoping to share it with my kids so glad I didn't "talk it up" to them.

Its been over 15 years since our last cruise and I realize alot has changed. We are sailing on the Harmony of the Seas in August and while I know there will be plenty of food, I was curious to know if they still have the midnight buffet. Hoping someone can let m know...thanks!

Hi there We will be traveling on the Harmony of the Seas in August with stops at Labadee, Falmouth Jamaica and Cozumel. I am curious to see if any of these will use a tender to get on land or if you can walk off the ship to the pier. Thanks!!

I am trying to find out if my teens ages 14 & 15 can wear nice (resort appropriate) shorts to the dining room for dinner if they are wearing nice shoes and shirts . Pants seems like a big to ask on a Caribbean vacation. Thanks!

This is one of the things that made me reluctant to take another cruise. I don't want to stress over getting a chair. I realize it happens at popular resorts too. There needs to be a system where if you are away from your seat for an extended period of time, they can remove your belongings! Someone needs to develop some type of check in technology for checking in!

We are cruising on Harmony of the Seas in August and I have a few questions regarding the day at Labadee and hoping you all can help: -Are there enough chairs to accommodate the crowd or do we need to get them quickly? -Are there umbrellas for rent in I need to limit my sun exposure -How far is the walk to the coaster from where the chairs are located.
