I just sailed on thr Vision of the Seas two weeks ago out of Galveston. We were on deck 3 near midship and I never felt cramped or far away from fresh air. I believe it was Deck 4 or 5 that had a walk way on both sides of the ships that had deck chairs so you really arent that far from fresh air.

I was on the Vision of the Seas two weeks ago and they had US plugs and European style plugs.
