Matt already answered your question, but I just wanted to add that @KLAconQueso just returned from an Adventure sailing from San Juan. She wrote a great trip report with tons of photos, check it out here :)

I have the Cruise Compasses from the 2/24 sailing that I'll be sending in this week!
Sounds like ours was a different itinerary, but it might help give you an idea of how things look. Our formal nights were days 2 & 6 and our only sea day was Day 7.
