loftw Posted March 21 Report Posted March 21 I am going to mexico in august 2025, and am trying to get 2 excursions. when i go to checkout it says one or more is unavailable, i went and reloaded the page, took everything out the cart, the two i wanted were still shown so i added them again to checkout, same error. it's not even letting me purchase the birthday decorations. what is going on? the money is on my card, it is still showing that there is space for booking. please help, because it is becoming frustrating. OCSC Mike Posted March 21 Report Posted March 21 The cruise planner is frequently glitchy, especially via the app. Have you tried both the website and app? You can also try calling and ordering over the phone (i.e. how we did things in the dark ages). loftw 1 Quote
