Dimension Posted September 16 Report Posted September 16 I recently learned that by signing up for the Caesars credit card, you can achieve Platinum status right away once you use it. One of the perks of being Platinum is receiving Norwegian Cruise offers. I was thinking that if someone signed up for the credit card and then sent the cruise offer to URComped, they could convert it into a Royal Caribbean sailing instead. This seems like a good idea, especially since you need to spend $5,000 a year on the card to maintain Platinum status. If you're able to get a Royal offer through URComped and save $1,000 on a sailing, the card could definitely be worth it. Has anyone tried this and if so what were the results? Quote
Dimension Posted September 16 Author Report Posted September 16 Actually, it looks like what I was thinking is not possible. It appears that Ceasears Rewards at the Platinum stages just gets you 10% off a cruise and it is not a comped cruise offer. Bummer. LTR 1 Quote
