Post recent casino rewards page

Hi all,

I'll be sailing on the QOTS  August 21st and was hoping someone could post a recent picture of Casino rewards sheet, I know it changes a bit with every sailing, but I just need a general idea. On that same topic, does anyone know how they distribute points for table games. I know on the slot machines it's a 1-point for every $5 spent, but trying to get a better idea on how the handle the table games.
