Cancelled cabin

Booked 2 cabins Aug 22 paid balance as requested 6/5. Found out 9/5 one of cabins cancelled by RC no notification, phoned RC who said 1 payment had been returned, bank say no payment has been returned and money has left my account.  Currently only 3 out 5 of my family are cruising. RC say nothing can be done, not offered any solutions. Stunned at how poor the customer service has been to try and resolve. 9 phone calls, 6 emails later and continuous same response - nothing they can do.
