So I have booked my car parking At Southampton for two upcoming cruises with RCCL and the Anthem. Question? What time can you arrive with your car for car parking please? Ie when does the car parking gate open? I am aware I have to book a PAT for the terminal, just trying to work out an arrival time at the gate for the parking . Thank you.
