Popsadoodle
On embarkation day, in previous ports with Royal Caribbean, we’ve noticed people carrying large Packs of water. And they seem to get on the ship with them. Is this OK?
AshleyDillo
You are allowed to carry on 12 cans/bottles of non-alcoholic beverages per cabin. https://www.royalcaribbean.com/faq/questions/food-drink-onboard-policy
Popsadoodle
I understand what Royal Caribbean has posted in there frequently asked questions and rules. However, how is it that these people carry on prepackaged water? Security and other staff do not seem to stop them.

You are at the mercy of the port worker. You may or may not get lucky and they allow more to go through. Those with more bottles than the limit also may be a larger party with multiple cabins, you never really know.
