I saw one comment somewhere else that guest services may be able to help once on board…wondering if that’s the case. Xaa Posted February 11, 2023 Report Share Posted February 11, 2023 Hi @MeganK, When signing up for the App, it doesn't cross reference the age you put in on the app with the actual birthdate used for booking so if you subtract a year or 2 from her date of birth when creating the online account she will be set.
