AshleyDillo Posted January 29, 2023 Report Share Posted January 29, 2023 If you want a specific day and time, you can book in advance and the Genie will refund you once you board. Typically the Genie books all of your dining and shows and can get you the times and dates you wish to dine. The only exceptions are Chef's Table and hibachi. Those experiences have a set number of seats for each dining time with no flexibility, so if one of the times you see in the Cruise Planner you know you want, book it in advance. You likely will only see the early/late times for hibachi on the planner. They tend to save the middle times for suites and onboard bookings.
