HighSeas
I'll be cruising on the Jewel soon wearing a walking boot due to a torn tendon. I can walk but not excessively. Any tips? Also not sure what I can do in Key West, Labadee or Falmouth. I don't have a waterproof cover. Any suggestions would be appreciated.
michaelp1446
Look into a "Knee walker". Used one with a ruptured achilles. Gave me back some semblance of freedom/mobility. Can be ordered on Amazon or Walmart . Talk to your PT folks and or Doctor to see if it would be right for you. Maybe insurance could cover part of the cost. You won't be able to use the stairs with it, but it'll help you move around the ship and ports quite easily michaelp1446 and HighSeas
