Cruise Planner-Refreshment package not showing after a re-booking

Re-booked Refreshment Package at lower price but it is not showing up in Cruise Planner.  The cancellation is but not re-book.  Everything else I purchased is showing.  I did have rep email me my various purchases and it appears on print out but not showing in planner. .???  This issue applies to two different cruises and both re-books were done at the same time.  I’m concerned.
