Embarkation day test missing email

I’m 10 days out from a cruise on Anthem with our unvaccinated 3-year old. From everything I’ve read, I should have gotten an email by now to register him for his boarding day antigen test. We are traveling with another family who got their registration email for their toddler at the beginning of this week. People on our Facebook cohort are posting about receiving theirs. 
 

I called royal twice and each time they have said they will submit a “note” and I should get the email in a few days. That was on Monday, it is now Thursday and still no email. 
 

Has anyone experienced this before? Does anyone know what will happen if I never get the email to register by the time we show up at the port? Will they still be able to perform his test?
