Cruise_Newbie12 Posted February 28, 2022 Report Share Posted February 28, 2022 Hey Everyone! Travelling March 5th on Brilliance of the Seas. I booked two rooms beside each other on 3rd deck. One room holds 3 and one holds 2. All 4 of us ( 2 in both rooms) got emails about receving a free upgrade because of covid spacing. The party who was in the room that holds 2 got moved onto deck 9, while the other 2 of us have not been moved yet. Is this normal? They recieved their new packet with luggage tags and we have not. I suggest logging in there and checking your cabin number, also check the app. And it wouldn’t hurt to check your junk email folder too.
