Zain
I recently re-booked a cruise for next year and while doing so I was told we had to pay $450 to secure our cruise but could later go back and apply our FCC, and if the amount exceeded our base booking cost then the deposit could be refunded. Recently when I called they told me that was not their policy and I could not get the deposits back (even thought they are refundable). Has anyone had any experience in using their FCC? lemmypenn
I just did this last week. I called to book a cruise, and when it came time to pay the deposit, I told the rep that I had FCC, and was under the impression it could be used for the deposit. I didn't want to give them anymor than I had to. The rep had to get a supervisor. I was on hold for about twenty minute, but they did apply my FCC and used it for the deposit. I guess just ask for someone higher up..
