I just did this last week. I called to book a cruise, and when it came time to pay the deposit, I told the rep that I had FCC, and was under the impression it could be used for the deposit. I didn't want to give them anymor than I had to. The rep had to get a supervisor. I was on hold for about twenty minute, but they did apply my FCC and used it for the deposit. I guess just ask for someone higher up..
