(embarkation day is this Sunday on an oasis).We bid for a neighbourhood balcony. (we are already in an interior stateroom with only a window). But the fact that we only got this e-mail so close to sailing, does this mean we have a great chance for 'winning' it? + if we got the balcony, do we still get the amenities that goes with the neighbourhood balcony?
