BethGR Posted June 18, 2019 Report Share Posted June 18, 2019 Stopping in Nassau on our upcoming cruise, and while we're doing "official" excursions the other two days, we thought we might do our own thing this day. I've heard not so great reviews on Junkaroo Beach. Seems the most convenient to the port, but more crowded and not as nice as Cable Beach. Does anyone have any experience visiting Cable Beach? Was it nice? Were there chairs avail for rent? How did you get down there (up there?) - I read somewhere that either a cab or bus would take you there. Also was wondering if you could bring your own drinks or are there places on or near the beach? Wasn't sure if bringing some beer down from Pirate Republic would be acceptable. Thanks!
