vmb123
Hello!! First time Cruising with Royal Caribbean~we usually frequent DCL. I am trying to figure out (not only the new lingo and acronyms), but how many Concierge hosts there are and assuming it is acceptable to tip them after.... on the other cruises they are not included in the prepaid tips, so we always tipped them separately. Will we receive an envelope for them? We are staying in 2 GS. assuming we have 1 or 2 room attendants as well that we can tip extra...Thank you for being patient with a newbie to RC. What time are guest allowed to board?
Matt
Welcome to the boards! Just now, vmb123 said: What time are guest allowed to board? There is no enforced boarding time. I advise getting to the terminal in the 11am hour. You can check in as early as 10am, but you may have to wait for boarding to begin. 1 minute ago, vmb123 said: how many Concierge hosts there are and assuming it is acceptable to tip them after.... on the other cruises they are not included in the prepaid tips, so we always tipped them separately. Most ships there is one, but on Oasis Class ships there are two. A week prior to your cruise you will get an email from the Concierge and they will inform you if it is one or two. Tipping after is certainly permissible.
