We have reserved the fly-out fly fishing excursion for the July 19th Alaska Southbound Sailing. I was able to reserve and pay for this excursion back in April 2018. Now, when I look at excursions for Juneau this does not appear anymore. Is that because it is sold out? It still appears in My Calendar and haven't received a refund.
I'm first-time sailing on the Liberty of the Seas on May 13. When I try to reserve my dining times through the Cruise Planner, it says we are "not configured for mytime dining." So I don't know what time we are scheduled for, and I can't find it in my reservation. Where would I See that information? or would I have to call RC? Thanks!
Okay so my cruise Oasis of the Seas embarking on April 2nd 2017, is my Fiance and I's honeymoon. I was playing around on the Royal Gifts page and found the Romance Package for champagne, strawberries, chocolates, and flowers; and I also found the Just Married deluxe room decor package. I wanted to order them to be ready on embarkation day but when I enter mine or my fiance's name or our reservation number, it says it can't be found and refers me to call. Has anyone else had this issue? Should I just call to add this to our room? Has anyone had experience with either of these gift packages or something similar? Did they seem worth it? Thanks in advance guys!
What does RCCL consider to be a big enough Group for a Group booking discount. We have 9 Balcony cabins with 21 Adult Family Guests booked for sailing on Ovation of the Seas 30th December 2016. I have been advised by the Travel Agent that we are not eligible for any discount or benefit? Would this be based on the fare paid?
