  1. Not sure if anyone is currently on the April 7-10 sailing on Oasis of the Seas, but I left an item behind while disembarking the morning of April 7. I know exactly where it is and told guest services once I realized after getting off of the ship, but no one was able to assist me in retrieving it. I was told I had to submit a claim online. I just want to pass the message on to a member of staff so they can retrieve it for lost and found because it is in a strange spot. I’d greatly appreciate if someone could just communicate my information to a member of staff - would take maybe 5 minutes! Silly mistake on my part, just frustrating I wasn’t able to get someone on the ship to retrieve it for lost and found prior to new guests arriving on the ship
  2. Just got off Symphony of the Seas this morning on the 11-18 Jan sailing out of Miami and my daughter has lost her precious Edward the Elephant plush toy. Have logged with RCCL but desperate to get him back. He has our email address on a little tag near his tail. If any fellow cruisers have found a stowaway please check and contact us.
  3. well, i was pleasantly surprised to find that royal caribbean has a partnership with a company called "chargerback.com". i did self-assisted departure, but left my phone in the room (d'oh!). i called my phone when i got home, and they told me to go to this website for lost and found. all said and done, it will only cost me $9.36 to get my phone sent back to me. awesome!
  4. I don't know if posting this on here is the best idea, but we're desperate. We disembarked the Allure of the Seas this morning, and one of my family members left their cell phone on board. We contacted Royal Caribbean about it, but I've read quite a few stories about cruise lines not making an effort to return lost items to their owners. So without wasting any more time, I was wondering if someone could find the phone for us and keep it safe until it can be returned. The phone is a Samsung Galaxy Note 5, and the phone case has a mirror on the back side. My guess is that it was dropped in Studio B (where the ice skating rink is) somewhere in the seats on the left side as you enter the rink. Any help would be GREATLY appreciated as there are precious memories on this phone.
