Dinner was back in the Normandie dining room. This is my favorite dining room. Food is good and service is wonderful. I had Caesar salad and beef sirloin en croute. The beef was fantastic (almost forgot to take a picture but remembered as I was starting to cut it). after dinner of to another show. This was in The Club which reminds me of a mini Music Hall. The show was Smoke & Ivories. Another fantastic show. Then it was off to the Theater to see the headliner singer who was pretty good. Now I’m sitting up in Oceanview Cafe eating some late night dessert.

Day 5: St Kitts Went on the scenic railway tour as mentioned earlier. After sitting on the broken train for an hour they fixed it and we were on our way again. The tour was okay but I was bored. All the vintages were complaining the whole time. They wanted their money back because we broke down. Omg they get cranky when it’s past their lunchtime . there were 2 other ships in port. The MSC Seaside & Explorer of the Seas

Once again I had lunch up in Oceanview. Just a salad. Tried some of the desserts but they have been very underwhelming. Always leave with my scoop of ice cream and chocolate sprinkles . Dinner tonight was in the Cypress dining room. Had the spinach turn over and short ribs. The short ribs were phenomenal. Might have to go back again.

Day 4- Tortola I did a Celebrity excursion to Long Bay Beach (which was really just transportation). Spent about 2 hours there which is all I can handle in the sun anyway. Nothing was included but 2 chairs and an umbrella cost $25. There was also food and drinks available for a cost. The beach and water were wonderful.

I’m in the martini bar and have been here for an hour at my own little table. The place is packed. These 2 vintages didn’t like the table they were at and decided to have the waiter move another chair to my table then ask me after they settle in if it’s okay. Really I don’t feel like socializing with them. So I’m ignoring them. I’m usually very friendly but I’m not on the mood tonight. Now they’re complaining about the band. Help!!!!

Day 3- San Juan . Didn’t get up until 8 had breakfast up in the Oceanview. Hung out up at the Rooftop Garden watching the pickleball tournament. OMG these people take their pickleball seriously . Had lunch also at the Oceanview (I’m so boring ). We docked at 2:30 (scheduled for 3:30) I got off around 3 and walked to the fort along the waterfront. It was a hot day but the walk felt good. Dinner was at the Cosmopolitan and I forgot to take a picture of the menu and food. I had corn soup and chicken saltimbocca. Service seemed a little impersonal and food was so so.

Day 2- sea day Got up early (7:15) and walked my 3 miles then hit up the Oceanview Cafe for breakfast. It was already a zoo. I always forget how early the passengers get up on Celebrity. I finally remembered to take a picture of food. Went to the top tier event where they honored a double zenith couple. went to pool deck after and plenty of seats in the sun/ Shade. Got all set up and put on extra sunscreen and of course the black clouds roll in fast and torrential downpours. Old people can sure move fast when the rain starts . Went to the Oceanview along with everyone else on the ship. Of course I forgot to take pictures of my food. They had bbq chicken which was really good. Sun finally came out again spent the rest of the afternoon lounging. In the pool area they do not have bar staff walking around. They have a rolling kart with beer, wine, water and some other stuff
