Hi all I've been looking to see if I can make the deluxe package worth it for me. 🙈 We're on Majesty for the 4 day Bahamas cruise which has 1 sea day. I figured if I drink cocktails (which are my go to when I drink) it'll definitely be worth it BUT I'm confused. The package says it covers drinks up to $12 which it says includes cocktails but the price list I've been looking at has all cocktails at $13 dollars so they won't be included. On Majesty is it fair to say all cocktails will be $13? Excluding any specials at least. Thanks very much.

They recommend it due to the damage sunscreen does to the reefs and wildlife. If you're going to go snorkeling or swimming please keep the fragile nature of the ecosystems in mind. When we were in Akumal last year they ask that you use reef safe sunscreen as they have a lovely reef and a number of turtles living just off the beach. Also any cenotes, dolphin swims or X parks should/will ask the same thing. Badger is the brand we heard recommended most often. Amazon have a great range though. The other option is if you're doing a trip early in the day don't wear any and use a rash vest while swimming. You can pop lotion on afterwards if you're not in the water again (obviously pools are the exception to the reef safe rule). Hope that helps. :-) Have a fabulous vacation!

Thanks for the replies. Pictures work for me lol. Is that the only difference? No difference in amenities? Which have the better positions on the beach? Sorry for all the questions, think I'm more excited about my 1st cruise than I've been about any holiday in a long time!

Hi everyone. Just looking at the options for Cococay, can anyone advise the difference between the bed and the bungalow? Looking at the description on My Cruises there's no difference in the amenities but looks like maybe the addition of the loungers and the number of people? Any info much appreciated.

Thanks Matt. Sorry I worded that poorly. The thing I want to do has an 815 pick up at the dock. Does this give enough time to get off the ship and to the pick up point, wherever that may be on the dock.

Hi everyone, just looking at Cococay options for our 1st cruise. I'm thinking about one of the little clamshell loungers for the day, 2 questions, are there normal free beach loungers? the other half tends to like more sun than me, or should i say the sun likes him more! and if we chose to do one of the excursions/ spend time at the water slides will we lose our chosen clamshell lounger? or is it just a case of leaving some personal belongings, e.g. a beach bag/beach towel? what are your favourite excurions? TIA
