Just came back from the ports you are going to. My wife and I went to Paradise Point. It is a sky ride to highest point. The view is spectacular and nice restaraunt to get some good food. If you want to go to a quiet beach try Water Island. The water taxi near Tickles (4 minute walk from the ship) takes you there. Met locals and beach is calm and quiet. Taxi ride $10/person and is round trip, your son may be free not sure. St. Maartean we went to Bikini Beach, but their are lots of spots to hang out at. The water was calm, it is on the French side. Enjoy your trip.
