The last time we were on a cruise that stopped in Cozumel, we stayed on board and enjoyed the pool and hot tub. While relaxing in one of the lounge chairs, we watched the people on a sister ship  docked across the pier from us.  Suddenly a naked man came out of one of the cabins onto the balcony on a deck just below the pool deck.  Stood there, looked around for a few minutes and went back inside.  I wanted a drink after that and the nicest thing I could say was that he shouldn't have wasted his time and everyone else's.

This is disappointing to hear as I haven't experienced such issues. Did you call or email? If you called, could it be possible that they wrote you phone number down wrong?

I wish it was a matter of an incorrect phone number, DocLC. But my husband did receive a call the following day from a MEI agent after he called the main number and requested to have an agent call him. She called, he explained what we would like to do and we haven't heard anything for two weeks

Over the years, we have used a TA sometimes and other times booked directly with RC. Next year we would like to go on a Transpacific cruise, a cruise around the southern part of Australia, and up to New Zealand. The TA we used in the past was not pro-active and after reading several threads in this blog about the great agents some have used, we decided we needed a new and great travel agent. Plus we are firmly entrenched in the Senior Citizen population and know there is probably more we don't know than we do know. Called Michele at MEI and waited three days without a call back. Called MEI's main number and a day later my husband received a call back from a TA. He explained what we wanted to do and asked for her help. It's been two weeks now and no more contact from the agent. Either we are cursed when it comes to travel agents or many of you are very blessed. We will go back to doing it ourselves.

We did this cruise last September and thoroughly enjoyed it. Have a great time!

Congratulations! Our 46th is in September and we will celebrate on the Anthem. But we won't have such a neat cake:(

Welcome, Pat and Charlie !!!  I was supposed to cruise in April....but then Empress-Gate happened....so now it will be May for us.  Booooo.....

Oh my goodness, WAAAYTOO! I just read the postings about "Empress-Gate". That is a terrible black eye for RCI.

12 August, 2017. Radiance of the Seas. We are taking our oldest daughter and her hubby with us. They have never cruised before.

Hi everyone. My name is Pat and my husband is Charlie.  I just discovered this website and think it is wonderful!  We cruised on Royal Caribbean several times over the years and enjoy it so much we have 2 cruises a year planned for this year and next and are bringing our daughter and her husband on one. We will be on the Liberty on the April 24 cruise - not much longer.  Must be time to visit Kohls.  Apparently we are using cruising to tick things off our bucket list. :)  Since my idea of "roughing it" is "no room service" cruising is perfect.  Thank you to everyone who posts questions, answers and tips on this blog.
