I just so happened to I just so happened to be up at midnight when check-in opened and also managed to get a 11:30 boarding time. When I checked around 8 AM, I think 12:30 was the earliest available.

39 days can't come fast enough! Check-in times are down to 2PM. Going much faster than I expected.
