Thanks a lot!

Hi, bit of a new cruiser here. We booked a 7 night South Pacific cruise in January 2024 onboard Quantum of the Seas in a grand loft suite. When booking on the website, sea class benefits and sky class benefits were shown with the suite descriptions, however, nothing about star class was mentioned in the grand loft suite and the royal loft suite, instead only the basic suite perks were mentioned. The Royal Caribbean helpline was absolutely useless and hung up after long wait times. There are roughly 65 days until sailing and we haven't heard from our genie yet, nor have we received the pre-cruise survey. Looking for some advice here, from people who have sailed in star class aboard Quantum of the Seas before. Thanks
