Same here, we paid the same amount for guaranteed balcony room and now, it will only cost $2100. It feels so disguised that RC is not willing to provide any sort of compensation to their customers who actually decided to stay along and support the company by continuing to choose to sail with them. I have escalated this matter to their resolution team and talked to a few supervisor, each person has different reasons. I feel like that if there are enough people to complaint or seek group legal actions again them, they may barge. But the cruise is just leaving in a few days, I won't be sailing with RC again, so diappointed.
