I completely understand where you are coming from. My very first invoice after I booked the GTY balcony also said 0% obstruction. Which is why we went with it. After my second payment it said pending for the obstruction. My TA looked into it and RC told her it was a glitch in their invoicing system. She felt awful and told them "I can't tell my client that!" ... We are not blaming anyone and hope we still get a decent view even if it is obstructed. Hopefully not one of the ones with two lifeboats and a metal rod, but even if it is, I'm going to make the most of it but i hope it worked/works out for you! Safe travels!
