  1. From me? Everything happened exactly as I stated. I have documentation of everything that has occurred. RC told me there is nothing they can do, and all of the representatives I have spoken to haven't helped me. Lol. They didn't even offer me onboard credit or anything! I received one email saying that one of my reservations was cancelled. After that, around 5 or 6 more followed stating the same thing. The email also stated that my refund total would 0. I've been calling and contacting RC since yesterday and they told me they were going to attempt to reinstate it. They requested verification from my bank multiple times, which I provided. Just to be told that there's nothing they can do and contact my financial institution to get my money back. I already had my luggage tags clipped, boarding passes printed, and a hotel booked. I've had room assignment since they 30 day mark because I had zero balance due. I've been upset since yesterday because this was an anniversary cruise, and I actually paid extra for room decorations. It's just really upsetting. I didn't even know they could cancel my cruise like this.
  2. RC cancelled my cruise 3 days before I was supposed to board. I called them yesterday and asked why because my balance has been paid off since January, and I already received my stateroom number and all my boarding documents at the 30 day mark. When I called them they told me it was a financial institution problem. I called all of my cards and was told there was no returned payment. After about 20 times of back and forth calling, I was told by somebody that my bank marked one our payments as fraudulent. I remember receiving a payment back before the deadline and taking care of it. I would imagine if they were going to cancel my reservation it would have been around then, not now. But it wouldn’t have made sense to be cancelled because I was not at the deadline. They could have just contacted me and told me to send verification that I approved the payment. I sent them verification after my cruise was cancelled and now they are telling me it cannot be reinstated because they gave away our room. I spent so much time and money for this cruise just to be told I can’t go or have the balcony room that has been paid off since January. This is so inconvenient because I have been waiting for months to go on this cruise. (It’s me and my girlfriend’s anniversary.) I keep contacting them but I’m told it’s nothing that can be done because even thought I paid good money for balcony room and this cruise; they just gave it away. I’m really hoping I can get help asap. Because it kind of feels like I got scammed out of a vacation.I didn’t think it would be so easy for my vacation to be ruined; especially days before I board on the ship.
