I gained 25,000 points on my first cruise with RC. A friend told me to wait for clubyroyaleoffers on the website because there would be more options for booking. Indeed my "instant reward certificate" offers on the site were for grand suite with hundreds of options, and $2000 free play. But when I call they say the freeplay is NOT eligible unless you booked with next cruise, so i have no freeplay. Has this been true for everyone? If so, they did not make this clear to us in the casino or on the phone when booking.
