Hi there, Do suite guests get complementary beverages from 11AM-11PM in the suites lounge or only at night, 4:30PM-8PM? I read somewhere that people were given complementary beverages throughout the day and others saying only at night. Let me know!

Hi all, It has been about two years since I have sailed with RCCL. We are sailing on the Harmony in 3 weeks. I keep reading our SeaPass cards will be outside our door. Do we not get them when we check in at the port? What if somebody takes them before I get to my room? Has this ever happened to anyone? Do Grand Suites and Above get WOW bands on Harmony or do I need to buy them? Lastly, I read the port at Fort Lauderdale participates in Mobile Pass. For those who don't know this, it appears to be an expedited line for US Customs. Has anyone ever used this? Is it necessary? Any info would be great.

I upgraded to Suite Guarantee about two weeks before my sailing. At the time, the suite inventory was high. But there was only 2 junior suites left. I was assigned a Grand Suite on the Oasis of the Seas from my guarantee. I would do this again in a heartbeat, but only for a suite guarantee.

Hi all, We are traveling on the Harmony of the Seas in May 2018 in a 2 Bedroom Grand Suite. I was going to book a cabana on Labadee but realized we have access to a private Barefoot Beach Cabana Club area. I read there was a handful of cabana's in that area as well, and that our concierge contact can secure one for us. My group consists of 6 people. Four people in the Grand Suite. And another 2 in a traditional room. If I book the cabana within the Barefoot Beach Cabana Club, will the other two have access to this? I also know on Disney, if you are a cabana guest, there is golf carts to take you wherever you want to go on the island. Does RCCL offer this service as well? Any info would be great.

I am a fairly new travel agent and I was calling for my own booking. I never understood why RCCL doesn't allow more than 4 guests on one booking. For instance, my one Grand Suite Stateroom (sleeps 8) is technically two bookings (4 and 2). That limitation is one of the reasons why you cannot see the inventory on their website. I as well could not see this stateroom using my portal. I needed to call and figure out what was best for myself. They also offered a 2 bedroom, Aquasuite room which was $5000 more than the Grand Suite 2 Bedroom. Again, not listed anywhere from the website or my portal. All can suggest is call your travel agent or call RCCL yourself and tell them how many people you have in one room, and they will come up with something for you.

Thanks for the info. The guests are tied to my dining plans and reservations if that matters. We'll give it a try next year.

You might be right on the naming change. I had a hard time finding a picture of the actual room. We have six guests so we were able to book this room. I do believe you need 5 or more guests. It will sleep 8.

This is what the two bedroom Grand Suite looks like. There are only four of them on the ship. 2 Bathroom/2 Bedroom with Sleep Sofa.

Hi there, Super excited that we just booked the Harmony of the Seas for May 2018. We were able to secure a 2 Bedroom Grand Suite (Sky Class). As part of the Sky Class amenities, I know I have access to Coastal Kitchen throughout the day. We have some friends that are on the same sailing, but they are not in a suite category. Can we invite them to breakfast, lunch or dinner with us at Coastal Kitchen? Or are they not allowed because they are not in a suite. Our reservations are linked together for meal purposes. Any info would be appreciated.

I think we'll just go with the Harmony. And if I need to cool off, I'll hang out at Spashwater Bay. Or try one of the pools with the ladders. Never understood why none of the cruise ships put stairs into their pools (with the exception of the RCCL Solarium Pools). It is the same across most cruise lines. Carnival, NCL, RCCL and Disney.

I have a dilemma. I am trying to pick out which Oasis class ship is the best for me and my family. Me - I have a form of muscular dystrophy where I have trouble climbing ladders. I am not handicapped nor in a wheelchair. I can do stairs, just not ladders. Family - Wife and 4 year old active twins. I have been on Oasis and Allure and enjoyed the solarium pool. I have been on many royal ships and enjoy all of the solarium pools as they typically have stairs to get into them. I would not be able to go into the pools with ladders only. I have been reading that the Harmony does not have a Solarium pool. Just some misters and hot tubs. However I know my kids would love the splash water bay playground which I believe is exclusive to Harmony. Which Oasis ship would you choose?

Does RCCL still do comment cards? We did not get any and tonight is our last night.

Is the Adventure Beach area on the Jewel of the Seas a no swim diaper area?

I was reading some of the tweets from the folks who sailed off this Saturday. A few unhappy customers. Some saying they are getting off as soon as they hit land.

Hi there, I am traveling on the Jewel of the Seas in a 2 Bedroom Suite that overlooks the rear of the ship. I have always sailed in a cabin in the middle of the ship. Sailing in the rear is in better? Worse? Do you feel any vibration from the motors? Any input would be greatly appreciated.
