If you have 2 rooms booked and all you want to do is swap who stays in which room, you can just do it onboard.
Go to guest services and ask to have keys swapped.
We've done this when my wife is booked in one room with my kids and I'm booked in another, but we want to move kids into one room and me and my wife into another.
