It won’t work on the US adapter because it’s a different voltage. Take a European adapter with you and it will work fine. I had to do this to get my Dyson to work.

It was the actual airwrap they flagged. Still not 100% sure why. We are headed out on Wonder this Sunday & it’s staying in her backpack this time.
